If Sydney has a favourite dish, it’s fried chicken – and the biggest name in Sydney’s frying game, is Julian ‘Butter Sydney’ Cincotta. For one night, the Gilt Lounge at QT Sydney will play host to a fried chicken feast by Butter Sydney, with Champagne by G.H. Mumm, and tunes by Butter’s favourite hip hop DJ.
That’s right friends, it’s a night of Butter’s bird, banging beats, and boujee bubbles.
